Yes they do but I'm not sure if you can still get it without the WWE Network subscription.
 
That's what I'm not sure about.I've never ordered a WWE PPV and since they've started this Network stuff everything is bundled into it...now that I think about it,I doubt that they would stop any revenue that non subscribers would provide.

so do they do some events that is network only?

and if they do those, no one can watch that event if they are not a subscriber?
 
The Network is like their version of Netflix where you can watch all their old stuff...PPVs,tv shows and the complete video library of just about every organization that they ran out of business lol!
 
ok, sounds exactly like ufc fightpass

they have a big library of all their old stuff as well as stuff from promotions that they've bought out

the ufc will have fightpass events though. and you can only watch the event if you are a subscriber. unless you stream them live or later like I do
