Yeah,the match turned out to be a well hyped,and received,teaser as the fans really ate it up.Just surprised they did it in a squash manner but I think it might have to do with the rumor oldberg threw a muscle out before summerslam. Now, he's going to stick around for royal rumble(may not see him much until then).
Anyone notice John Cena's long absence? I read an article where the writer is fearing the worse, that he is through(I know he's doing some filming). I doubt it but it does seem he may not return to the top spot. I'm ok with him getting the belt at least 2 more times(to beat Flair's record). He just doesn't need to hold it for long.

Not sure what's up with Big show. Did a search a few weeks ago and couldn't find any reason why he is not wrestling right now. He shows up on the RAW intro and is still listed on the roster.

It's more or less Vince keeping them down then Cena but Cena was their money maker so Vince kept him in the top spot for so long.When you say he kept others down do you mean he personally stood in the way of others a la Triple H?
I don't understand why they didn't let Sandow have the title when he cashed in the MITB briefcase on Cena after Cena was hurt. All they had to do was have Cena win it back the following week.

That's something else that confused me, The fans loved him so much as Miz's sidekick...I don't understand why Vince let him go.
