Damn.
So it appears that Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka will not stand trial for the death of his girlfriend some thirty years ago.The presiding judge has deemed Snuka to be mentally incompetent and the case against Snuka has been dismissed.
Well... he's dead now.

Damn,his lawyers were not lying after all...they said that he did not have much longer to live.It will be interesting to see if WWE will mention him in memoriam or continue to act as if he never existed AND if they will bring back his daughter.
Well,at the start of the show they did a quick and silent,still photo,onscreen memorial for Superfly Snuka.I don't think anything was even said by the commentators.
They did a tribute to him about halfway through the show
Looks like George "The Animal" Steele will be facing Superfly Snuka in that big cage match in heaven.
