I think that is actually his name or if it isn't he's always used it dating back to when he was in the real ECW and in TNA.Usually when these guys up and quit while under contract they cannot work for another wrestling company until some time after the contract expires.

sure do, during that time was when the rock went by Rocky Maivia. he shortened his name to the rock while in NOD
and I believe it was during his time with NOD that he got liposuction.
