What about when the Sheepherders broke Bobby Jagger's arm on live TV? Tully was a heel at that time, but he's dad(Joe Blanchard) who owned Southwest Championship Wrestling came out to stop them. Then they attacked him, which brought Tully out and turned him face for awhile.I remember when Killer Kahn broke Andre's leg.
