API ph test kit, low or high side, whats my Ph?

Lol I have the same problem with my planted tank. It sits at 7.5…right in the middle…
 
It looks like your pH is somewhere between 8 and 8.2.
The dark blue is telling you it exceeds what can be measured by the low end test.
In chemistry labs where I worked a very accurate low end test would measure to measure acids 0-6.
The medium end type 6 to 8, and high end 8 to 10.
For aquariums, those extremes aren't expected so we have ball park lows, and ball park highs
 
Just to repeat what duanes duanes is saying, looks like you're above the low range kit, and somewhere around 7.8-8.0ish of the high range kit.
 
A fairly large portion of the male population is somewhat color blind or challenged (as I am for certain colors), the pH auto colorimetric checker(or the nitrate version, if the yellow/green spectrum applies) below , is a nice alternative to the visual liquid test, and has become available at a reasonable price

Is it submersible to 18" for all long as I can't remember where I put it.
