could this be caused by parasite? I'm currently treating the fish.

not sure if im seeing it correctly. does it look like you have really tiny worms almost clear or white in color?if so i think its called planaria (not sure if thats spelled right)from what i know they are caused by uneaten food under the gravel of the tank.i have had them in my cichlid tank before and in my silver arowanas tank too.for aro i decided to take all the gravel out and just go bare bottom and then i just did more water changes till they where gone and his fins grew back with no problem.but if thats what it is it isnt that bad in small amounts.let me know if u can see any worms

up[on checking the tail closely , it does look like there are tiny strings attached to the tail, but i don't think they are planaria? as planaria are caused by uneaten food and are not parasitic? I can see worms attached to my aros tail, also black dots on my aros tail.
when i checked the tank, I also see planaria swimming.

i have seen planaria attach themselves to my oscars when i had them.not sure about the black dots though.

4th pic looks like anchor worm attached to the dorsel fin. Hard to treat anchor worm. Good luck

thats fungus sir, you can add heather on your ponds and you can put speciall salt into your ponds

a week fungus will gone if your water keep warm

goodluck

Just took some clearer pictures, Can see some pimple like growth at the edge of the tail a day after adding the anti parasite medication, but still not sure whats wrong with my arowanas tail.
