Update:
Her state didn't change since about two days. She also isn't interested in food since then. Could it be a bacterial infection? Should i try antbiotics?
Then today i noticed this at her first finlet:

Is this just a random injury or something else?

Sad news.
Over night she developed many of these bleeding spots and died this morning ?
Shew was one of my first two polys and the first one i lost.
