Hey, i am about to start buying fishes for my new pond and have been considering purchasin a few RTG and an Aramaima, is it a good idea?
Arowana+Arapaima, would they do well together?

yupe, they'll do well together as long as you get them at the same size, but when the arapaima outgrows the aro in a few years, it will depend on their individual temperament if they will still be peaceful together.. there will always be a risk when one is bigger than the other.. hope this helps..
Depends on how big your pond/tank is. Theoretically could work out, but the arowana would have to be big enough to start with so it does not get outgrown.
Where do you live this would be the closest I'll get to catching an arapaima with Rod and reel lol haha
