arowana bite

I've had him 3 years now and he's about 25 inches, never had any reason to fear a bite from him till he got me last month. The best part is I had a friend over who had never seen a aro up close, he was right next to me when I got bit and naturally I flung my hand out of the water (and the aros mouth lol) throwing a good amount of tank water and blood worms all in my buddy's face. .. It made the bite well worth it ;)

hahaha!!! that must have been epic! hope your friend doesnt get a phobia cos of that incident!

lol i got a jar that is about the same size thought i would be a smart ass and dangle my finger in the water needles to say my girl got a good laf and i lost 2 inches of skin off my index finger lol. the only other fish that ever got me that bad was my pb and with my ever expanding intelligence was doing the same thing when it happened lol fyi my pb is about 18"

I've been tagged by a couple different aros. It always surprised me more than anything.
