Thanks mate.. cheers.. i want to throw in my albino sail fins but they are like poop machines and feeding them is a big issue.. will try again though :)
 
An update after ages.. took this video before a water change..learnt a few things over this time.. have more smaller drains in different areas of the pond.. the pond is best if done in levels and not a slope.. the debris when it reaches the last level will stay there and not keep swirling around like in mine.. both my boyu pumps have given up, so im using a 1/2 hp pump to circulate water and also to drain out the pond.. i had a recurring issue with brown algae.. and i had to step in every week to wipe it off.. i've had these 4 pleco for ages.. 2 albino.. a chocolate and a common.. i tossed them in and i've never seen any algae ever since..

I see the fish everyday so they look the same size always.. but they seem to have packed on some size.. two of the biggest aros are pushing 30+".. the tile is 1X1.. the smallest aro must be about 28".. the red tail catfish is also about(not less) 30", the tiger shovelnose catfish is 24".. i released him when he was like 18".. he ate one of the silver dollars.. so now i only have like 3 silver dollars.. a small salvini.. and the other cichlids.. 4 oscars, 2 jags, and the (god damn) red devils..

Btw.... Should I go in for a pleco or two?
