Attaching driftwood together?

Hey guys. So recently i just bought 3 driftwood branches. I want to attach them together so that they could cover my pvc pipe overflow partially. The idea is that i want them to look like one big piece up top, which will be near the surface of the water and split into 3 different branches. How would you "attach" them together? I used glue gun but not very satisfied with the out come. Please help!

It actually looks ok as it is. Some plants around it and once it gets a bit of algae on it and it will look good. Maybe stick some kind of moss on the joins to cover them too.

Look into a product called liquid nails... coz im sure i’ve heard people using it before for such purposes...

just make sure its completely dry and cured before placing into the tank...

I've used superglue gel, and aquakneadit. Aquakneadit worked best because you could form it around the parts to hold them, the gel just stuck to bits that were touching, and driftwood gets all soft and squishy quick. So, didn't hold well.
 
Pocket holes and stainless screws
 
cigarette filters or any cellulose acetate pad/filter and a liquid super glue.

place the filter between the pieces and squeeze some glue into to harden and bond the pieces. you can glue rock to wood this way too. can hide the glued spots with gel type super glue and extra bits of drift wood or crushed up aqua soil

I use this brand and loctite super glue.

it's a trick we use in aquascaping
