Yeah, us. Me and Beau14 went fishing toda at our usual spot. Unfortunantly the constuction nearby means the pond is being drained...

However we did manage to catch two eel-tailed catfish at 8cm roughly, a mogurnda gudgeon about 10cm, and a crimson spotted rainbow fish, and two yabbies, about 4-5cm. We also got about ten aggazis glassfish all around 4cm, some bigger some smaller.

Tommorrow we are going to a place that is meant to better so hopefully i can catch my perch a good feed and get some cool stuff too.

Nah, there wern' no houses around this place. Went to the place under the bridge coming into albany creek. Didn't catch a whole lot, just a few long arm shrimp, which arn't settling in well with my geophagus, so I am going to sell the 20 or so I have. Also caught some juvenile freshwater mullet, but they didn't last the trip back. We saw some pretty decent mullet in the larger bit of the creek, and some big rainbowfish in a tributary.

Does anybody know where you can catch butis butis and mouth almightys on the northside? I know you can get mouthies in the brissy river, and theres supposed to be butis in the NP dam. Any suggestions?

Cheers.

butis are easier to catch at night. Took amehel0 to a spot sth of cairns, we were spotlighting and hauling them out with a small hook with the barb pressed down. Got 3 in 10 or so minutes.
