Good luck. Desert gobies are freakin awesome.

has anyone kept yellowbelly before do they all have the nice yellow gold color i have heard they have the temper of cod is it true

Yella's are touchy fish, they either go good in the Aquarium or bad. Generally most of em will have the gold shine But most are more of a grayish yellowish colour. Im not sure bout aggresivness, but i have read they can take care of themselves with other fish, so im guessing they are a bit aggresive.

Where in Bris are you? I know a place that has purple spots, wondering if you got ur's from the same place.

Ive kept a lot of yellowbelly.

Its a 50/50 thing with them, can either be pussy fish that wont eat or come out.
Or belligerent and overly aggressive fish.
Some take on a nice golden colour and others dont.
If you get them, get a couple and take the ones you dont want back.
