Best American cichlid pair/single male for 75 gallon?

Thank you all for the help and guidance. Next time you will see me in this thread is when I purchase the group of cichlids to grow out in the 75. And I guess next time you see me you will find out what fish I got. Well when that day comes I will update this thread and direct you guys over to a growth thread for the cichlids.

This is my male Thor I got from Jeff Rapps in September.
The day I got him.
Definitely slow growers as compared to my Oscar or Saggitae.
