Best aquarium safe silicone sealant?

If you're using it for a structural application, GE 1/2 is not the proper silicone. They lack the adhesive qualities that RTV has.

So RTV is heavy duty and would be good for siliconing the bottom of the tank where the crack is and silicone a patch piece of glass on the inside bottom?

This is what I use. It says its not recommended for aquariums greater than 30g, but I've used it successfully on my 55g and the guy that turned me on to the stuff used it to seal a 125g with no problems.
