They look awesome, if you mind me asking how big the cage is and the ackies? Also any full tank shots? If you don't have the pics dont worry about it...just that the cage looks real nice and realistic.
Do you think thier ok to have one ackie? I'm pretty sure with just one monitor they become more sociable with people, but thats just in my opinion, correct me if I'm wrong please lol

They're in a 50 gallon breeder but with luck it will be upgraded next month. One Monitor can live completely fine by it's self. They don't need company but mine seem to get along great with each other.

Nice vicious! Ackies are incredible hopefully they'l have them at the reptile expo next month and at a good price. Also at the same time I gotta convince the parents....thier's such thing as a 50 gallon breeder? Interesting never heard of that. Also I got to figure out heating issues because the cage I'm probably gonna use is made of plywood and melamine...so no under the tank heaters which I know are best.
 
The tank I keep them in is an Oceanic Lizard Lounge with side vents. I'm pretty sure they don't make it anymore and I got mine off a friend for free. I heat my tank with a 100 watt ceramic heat emitter. That type of heating would work great in the tank you mentioned.
 
I agree i really like the timor they look better imo and they dont get near as big as most monitors. i also like mangroves i have had two. but good luck man
 
Cool thanks for the info everybody has included...wish the prices weren't expensive...then again maybe some prices will be knocked down at the reptile show.
