Best central and south american cichlid food?

I love nls but I can't get anything to eat it willingly. Even if I get them on it soon as i offer something else its a battle again. Omega 1 has an ingredients list that's close and I get everything to eat their products. Hikari etc is good don't get me wrong, but it has too much wheat for some of the more sensitive fish imo.
Not that anyone is wrong in a discussion of opinions

Either Omega One or NLS are both great choices. If you want them on NLS feed it exclusively, it's all they really need.

The Omega One Super Kelp pellets are top-notch. The best pellet IMO for Herbivores. If you keep Uaru's, it's a good idea to have it on hand.

Not sure if it was mentioned but nls also makes algaemax... great food

Hello Everyone,
Sorry for hijacking an old thread but I would like to ask a couple of questions about NLS products.

So, I have a 1 Gold Severum, 1 Fire Mouth Cichlid, 1 Blood Parrot and 5 YoYo loaches in my tank right now and I'm currently feeding Hikari Cichlid Bio Gold Plus and Tetra Menu Pro.

I'm keen on converting to NLS pellets but which ones do you guys recommend on getting and why?
Also, please include what size of pellets I should get, I was thinking maybe 2 or 3mm?

Side Note: My fish are still about 3-5 inches, the Blood Parrot being the largest of the group.

Converting from Hikari to NLS, you'll have a faster conversion rate with TheraA. For your fish, I would recommend 1mm. I have 12" CAs that still takes 1mm after they've finished the 3mm
