Best solution for cloudy eye

Pristine water the cure. some add salt some do not. perhaps some medifix and pimafix for preventative but not a cure by any means.

He's eating massivore and smelt. So that's a good sign. by his reactions to shadows and food falling in the tank I would say it can still see, how well I'm not sure.

I picked up some basses with the same condition from the seller. One's eyes have nearly completely cleared. The other's eyes are still cloudy. One has a nasty red sore that appears to be growing on his lip I noticed it two days ago, now it's larger. I decided to play it safe and add nitrofurazone just in case of infection, I hate using meds but I've found nitro fairly mild but effective.

I'll keep up 60% WC every 2-3 days for the next few weeks....making me wish I had a drip set up a this house!
