Being friends with a professor helps a lot, he managed to dig up some praziquantel for me. Round 2 vs worms should be better

okay. well i guess our problems are a little different lol. Mine eats very little and i think I went through one shrimp in the past month lol the lap would eat every 2-3 days a chunk and i split the shrimp into 4-5 pieces. thxs anyway

If it has a parasite regardless if it eats or doesn't eat you need to treat your tank. Treating your tank if you really care about your fish it's worth it it's not that expensive to do it doesn't have any adverse effects and if it still doesn't work you can look for other cures. I have about 25 poly so I can't keep track of what eats and doesn't eat everyday but I did notice some stop eating when the worms came some kept eating.GL.

Also found out today that i have some dog dewormer which has praziquantal does anyone know if that can be used and if so what amount?

I would try to get an aquarium orientated medication. Dosages are safer that way
