It's arguable the best. Only the big Eheim could possibly be better.

Lolz, i havent even bought it, im still begging my wife, since i cant spend to much right now with the newborn baby. But if i do endup buying one it will be nice, ill be running a canister and a sump.

So if I have one fx6 running on my 120 will that be better than having 2 canister filters 1 55g filterand 1 180g filter and 1 75g hob filter on my tank???

Likelyhood is yes. Most hob filters, especially cartridge based have very little real media in them. Not sure on your canisters but for the most part the capacity of the FX filters is quite considerable compared to most.

My lame-o Petsmart did not have much to choose from as far as baargains and the few FX6's they did have were all gone by the time I got there this morning.I did grab a Fluval 300 watt heater for thirty five bucks.I probably could have gotten a better deal on line but I needed it pronto.
