Ah, so I'm still quite new to this website, so how do I pm oddball? Becuase all I can find is start a conversation
Start a conversation is the same as a pm. It's a way to start a private convo between you and another member or a Mod.

By putting @ and then a members name you "tag" that member. They'll receive a alert letting them know they've been tagged and in what thread and if they click the alert they should be auto-navigated to said thread. For example Fishpony Fishpony

I also believe your correct about your interpretation of the wording in the restricted species list and that only Mala are banned. How ever to be safe I'd still wait for confirmation from Oddball.

Great, I'll make sure to call my fish and game just to be sure. And thanks for the tip with @, it's really helpful!

No problem. It really is a useful tool. Now when you want other members you know to check out a thread you can tag them all in one post instead of pm'ing them all individually. For instance a buy and sell that has fish a friend of yours is interested in you could just tag them so they get directed to it. It's also good for getting the attention of knowledgeable members to help answer a question you might have by tagging them instead of hoping they'll happen upon your thread. Those are just 2 ways this new option can be put to use.

^^^Because the other wolf species hasn't been found in our water way yet, as soon someone reports catching them from our water way then it will ended up in ban species list :) it's American way...no harm done yet then no one care yet!

Actually, it's because all wolf species were lumped under the Hoplias malabaricus name since this species was predominant on the import lists when the restricted list was promulgated. In many instances, the lists have not been updated to incorporate newly imported species. So long as "Mum" is the word, the status quo will be maintained.
