It looks SB as well. So careful with overfeeding. Treat with epsom salt to help move its bowels and reduce feedings as to avoid too much swelling. Can pinch on other organs if too swollen.

Thanks for the info, any idea how often I should treat and how long to wait before I do a water change?

When my poly have are bloated, i treat it 3 days straight twice a day dose of epsom salt, one in the morning, one at night, i have 180g and the first dose i put 80g worth of epsom salt, 5g per 1 tbsp. Second day i put 100g worth of epsom salt. Thrid day i do 120g worth of epsom salt. Fourth day do a 50-70% WC.

Preferred.....quick and easy is a dip. 1 tsp to a 1g of water in a bucket. Let it sit for a few 10-15 minutes and throw back into the main tank. If the fish acts funny then place back into main tank and will dilute itself immediately.

Can add to the tank at 1 tsp for 5-10g. Wc in 24 hrs and can repeat again. But a day or 2 should be enough to stimulate it bowels.
