BLOAT - Photos & Treatment

Does it stay in your tank after the fish have passed away and if so how do you treat the tank and how long before you can add more fish. I apoligize, i'm new to this.

i need serious help and fast!
one of my fish(unknown species but think is a molly/hybrid)
has i think bloat or dropsy
his fins have been a bit picked at and i have witnessed other fish pick at him but he has a very large stomach.

this came about 4 days ago as we introduced 6 new young fish and he all of a sudden went very sheepish.
none of my other fish have been effected and i wanna keep this fish alive if pos

help:nilly: please

can you determine a dropsy on a pearl scale? hehe!

got a dropsy on my RTCxTSN dont know how to treat it cause theres no epsome salt here in the phil.(i think) gonna try to get a metronodazole later. and do water changes.

Too blurry and that looks like a female anyway ;) Could just be pregnant ;)
