I cant wait until your done

This was in a recent pm to me from wizzin....

"Hey. Sorry this took so long. I've been up to my eyeballs in work work work. Running a business, working a full time job with overtime, keeping 8 current tanks stable and a daughter happy is time consuming.

I'm currently battling sanitred. I let the tank set full for 2 weeks, and guess what. It still leaks. I called them and explained that I went with sanitred because the website, and talking with their techs told me that I needed a certain amount of sanitred to seal the tank. Based on their amounts, I ordered more than was required, and applied more coats than was necessary to seal the tank. Based on their amounts, they seamed like the cheapest method of sealing. Now, however, I'm to the point where if I have to buy another gallon of LRB, 2 quarts of TAV and another gallon of permaflex, I'll have spend WAY more than if I had gone with pond armor or something cheaper. I feel that they owe me either money back or more product for free.

I pissed off the tech I was talking to, and next week I'm going to try to contact someone with authority. If that fails, I'm going to file a small claims case with them to prove a point. It's false advertising to say that the amount required would seal the tank. Thankfully I took detailed photos of every step of the installation.

So, I'm at a stand still until I get this resolved. Not happy with sanitred at all. I'm going to post about all this when i get more time."

Obviously the guy is busy with life, these things happen....

What he said ^^

I actually just got off the phone with sanitred. Apparently, they had a major fire at their facility and are not 100% operational yet, so this probably explains why the tech hasn't got back to me in 2 weeks.

The bosses, apparently are back next week, and they said they will have one of them contact me. Will post more later.

WHAT A HEADACE THEY BETTER RE FOUND UR ASS

Hang in there wizzin...you've done great up to this point and I'm sure once all is said and done you will really appreciate all the hard work you put into this tank.
