Me again;
Don't worry about the bulkheads,put some plumbers silicone grease on the seals and do not over tighten them.You can make them tighter later.I just put 8 bulkheads in my 15,000 gallon tank and only one leaked water.

You will be surprised of the pressure it will have.This tank is almost the same size and material that I built my first big tank.The frame was made out of metal.I had to take it down 6 times before I stopped all the leaks.I learned a lot about water pressure by myself.There was no MFK's back than.
I find it odd that no one on here who builds big tanks takes advantage of the strength of diagonal bracing. Front to back or side to side is ok, but it doesn't allow the entire tank to stabilize itself.
My only suggestion comes from the perspective of height. If you are not abnormally tall or dont mind working from a ladder ALL THE TIME, I would suggest building a light walking/standing rail around the back. When you go in to do maintenance I think it would help to have a small walkway along the back to stand on. Its just a suggestion. I know I would love to have a place to stand or walk if I had a tank that big.
