Can I Put a 75 Gallon Aquarium on a 40-Breeder Stand?

I am trying the cinder block idea. I have 2 sets of 4 cinder blocks stacked on top of eachother. Can I do this instead of doing 3 stacks? It's only 4 feet long and I assume the one you did was longer.
