I know silver arowanas are top dwellers sometimes can go to midwater especially when feeding time catching food or resting time, but based on my answers and experience I think silver arowanas can be good companion with mid and bottom dwelling fish but bottom dwelling fish is more on an good choice than mid in my opinion, But don’t forget my pond is kinda big thanks.

I agree with that stock list, the only issue i could se is the TSN/arowana growing faster than tankmates depending on when you introduce them. just grow them out seperatley first. of course, you must always be wary as when it comes to this caliber of fish no 2 individuals are the same, but other than that it seems fine.
If I made a glaring mistake, please don't hesitate to correct me, but I think this is sound advice.
Good luck!

Long term it will work out better when there all larger… the worry is when the aro is 18” or less and can easily fold in half into a TSN belly…

Depends on their size and the tank's size. You said you do have a big pond, so that's a good start. I've seen some TSN eat arowanas, so my recommendation is to buy a bigger arowana. One user I've seen on this site kept 21" silver arowana with 12" TSN and it was fine. Clown knives are a very good combo with aros, and as long as you get them in similar sizes, everything should be fine.

I'm really not sure if I'm right since I've only kept an arowana before but that's the conclusion I found.

Tiger shovelnose are slightly less of a risk to arrowana than say rtc. But from memory you have one of those too, and I would say the pond is a nice fish grow on size but not large by any means to keep them all full life. Keeping an arrowana with tsn or rtc I would always be weary if the arrowana was not 1.5 times bigger than either of the cats.
You see so many people say, my cats live with all sorts of other fish and have never touched them…… then they stop posting and when you find out why……. Because they now have only a cat to post about!
