Sounds pretty typical. I always wonder the same when I make a fish purchase while she is at work. Just wait until she notices him swimming in the tank. But in your case that is a little different. Kinda hard to hide that monster. Love the new tank/stand. Cant wait to see it up and running. Nice house/fish room as well.

Nah, it is gonna be the same. If my GF was around then i would not have been able to conceal the tank+cycling and all that ...but she is not da country right now, so it will be a surprise when she returns at the end of the year to a completed (cycled and stocked) new tank
