Couple of questions
1. You saying this is a fish with three species in it yeah? (I was familiar with the middle one)?
2. Is this therefore a farmbred animal?
3. How is a fish that will apparently max out at 46" only get to 20"?

It's a really nice looking tank and all, but the tank mates look pretty small in comparison. Keep it well fed! Hate anything to happen to that pleco!
Thanks

I think the person who gave it to him was confused, it looks just like a nice, standard Red Tailed Cat x Tiger Shovel Nose. I deffinately don't see any L. longibarbus, or perruno, or anything else mixed in there.

it is the cross bread like i have said. no confusion. now all in my tank is the cross, two four line cats, shark, pleco pretty big, poly palmas and tilipia. all very big so the cat wont mess with them.

still confused on the size front ;)
Do all these crosses end up the same size?
Theres no reason it should end up at 20" if it's got the potential to get 42"

i was told my 120 tank will stunt his growth. i was told by kevin the owner of zoo creatures that he is a cross bread between those three. he is half red tail.
