Centipede phobia

Just below the lake at Toledo Bend, La. I made a fast exit from a boat in the river when a cottonmouth dropped into the boat from a overhanging tree. I don't mind snakes but prefer them to call first and not drop by unexpectedly.
As an aside, I worked for the Ft. Polk epidemiologist for almost a year doing disease vector surveys, about 5% of the armadillos on base carry leprosy. About 0.01% of the rats and squirrels carry bubonic plague.

I think if i saw one in my house, i would move.


What about millipedes. Do you think those are scary too?
I dont think they are nearly as horrible or scary, but i sure wouldnt want to touch one.

They are evil. I can't stand them, my blood pressure skyrockets every time I see one, even though I know they are harmless.

Chungalalas....giant milipedes...totally awesome! haha...used to have a couple of them....they are herbivourus, but can 'nibble'...ouchies! haha. When my rents were over in africa my dad put one down my moms shirt....yeah....i'm sure the couch got some company that night....
