I don't believe in tanning gold Aros. You don't get the natural core color of the fish when you tan gold Aros. Besides that like Hendre mentioned there can be significant problems such as loss of appetite, slanting swimming posture etc.

I think he means making sure the tag in the fish actually correspond to the cert.

Hi I got almost the same cert but different tag, and year, man Im just trying to enjoy and let it go, I don't want to buy a scanner acutely, Im just afraid to ruin my excitement about it just got two golden Arowana's , three days ago, i mean what if there's no chip lol, I love the fish it looks stunning baby golden Arowana, but I kinda feel you, I don't know sometimes I let go, other times I found my self searching all over the wed lol

I don't believe in Certs. I believe in the fish itself.
If it is a Xback it will be and not just because of the cert. The cert can say anything and you might get a different fish.
