thanksI have zero experience with any Channa aside from micropeltes; that species is so tough I'm not sure it could be killed with a hammer. And I am woefully lacking in knowledge regarding medications in general for fish illnesses.
The only reason I am sticking my oar into this water is to warn you regarding something you have already commented upon, i.e. losing track of the amount of Epsom salt in your water. I think you should clarify with your local source exactly what he is saying regarding this. It sounds as though he is suggesting that you continue to add the salts while also doing frequent partial water changes; if so, it is surprisingly easy to lose track of exactly what the concentration of salt is in your tank. Between adding salt and removing/replacing water, you can only rely upon math for so long before you should actually test, using something along the lines of a TDS meter, to confirm you have the concentration you desire.

i added 1 gram per 10 liter ( for 216 liter water i added 20 gram ES , than after 48 hours , wednesday i took 30 percents of water tank and lowered water level to about 70%, after my measurements tank has 130 liter water and i added 10 gram ES to this 130 liter so roughly it was 1.8 -2 gram per 10 liter , then today i did a 30 % water change of this water and added 15 gram ES to it , totally we have about 39 gram ES in this 130 liter water which equals to 3 gram per 10 liter water)
hence, definitely i know how much i added!
i agree that this amount would be enough and i think i would end this treatment after 7-10 days from the beginning since i am not sure this problem is due to spasm of gastrointestinal tract or constipation.
