I used to have a Channa Diplogramma, it grew up to 10'' almost...
Then it just disappeard

it was probably a micropeltes, do you have any pics of it?

I baought it as a Diplogramma and the colour was red almost all the time
Anyway, the problem is that I never took any pics of him/her.

At 10" what colour was it?.

Diplogramma have full adult colouration at that size, Micro's will still have some juvanile colouration.

I have a friend who hade a micro that was really red at around 8-9'' then it died.

and from this pic diplos seem to be more yellow when really small?

hi guyz I hav 4 channa diplogramma n largef specimen is about12 inches but still it has not attain adult coloration

Hey Guys I haven't been on in a while but thought I would add to this. Diplogramma usually max out at 22-24 inch where Micro get about 3+ feet.
Also in the first of the thread I seen some pics they looked like Mirco or Reds to my knowledge.
I have 2 Diplogramma and I seen two Reds or Micros the other day a friend has and there is quite a difference. Mine have l9ots of dots on their belly's where his did not at all he said.
