that pump is only running about a third of what it can. It would overflow if it was on any more than that. lol

I have to say I felt pretty awesome after it was done. Especially with how clean my tank is now :D
 
hey how loud is that pump when running??? i am setting up a 600 and i am thinking about getting 2 4000 model of the same pump... seems like it is a good pump...

They are very good pumps. It isn't that loud, just make sure you prime and get all the air out. When there is air running through it makes noise but otherwise its pretty quiet.

A tutorial and parts list on this would be awesome. And you created a kickass filter. I should hook my 25,000+ gallon pool filter to my 75g when I get an oscar you think thatll be enough filtration? haha JK my dad would kill me not really but you guys get what I mean lol

Yeah I built it after I already had the 125 sitting behind it. It is on my 700 gallon now so it is not that unsightly anymore. :grinno:
