Hi guys! con you id my peacook bass please? i think he is a hybrid between C. piquiti and C. kelberi but i'm not sure.

My LFS has these for sale, owner says she thinks they're monos...

It's a C. Piquiti that's for sure. I don't really see anal fin spangles for it to be a kelberi or any type of kelberi traits.Since you live or located in Brazil, I wouldn't be surprised if it was.
 
Since you are in Australia, I would call your bass hybrids. I know it is hard to come across pure bred cichla. I know it's hard for you guys to get them in. But as of now, I would call them mono x ocell's. But, I hope I'm wrong and you got pure bred monos or ocell's. Keep us updated.
