I'm glad these rare temensis went to a good owner. the colors and size show ur doing a fine job.. what are u feeding it?

Not sure if there changing yet do you know around what age that happens?? Anyway I am loving cichla these fish are amazing!
I dont know bro, I noticed that some huge especimens dont change, so why im asking.
But in my opinion they usually change when they become adults (sexually mature). And I also think it has a lot of genetics involved..

Its funny going fishing here and seeing some fisherman arguing ''oh man, its a Paca (spotted temensis/pinima pattern) fish! ''. And some dont believe they are the same fish in different life stage.
