I agree with the above.
The lower picture is Vieja Melanura (var Synspila)
The picture above looks like a hybrid. In V. Melanura the longitudinal band is mostly made up of blotches that are interconnected. My guess is it is likely V. Melanura x V. Fenestrata
That said, as mentioned V. Melanurus is extremely variable in appearance throughout its range. Even two from the same locality won’t be 100% the same.
