I used to have a Salvini and they definitely have teeth. I don't really remember when his teeth came in, but he was pretty young when they showed. When he was 6-7" you could really see his chompers. Great fish to keep. They are a beautiful fish to keep but can be very aggressive.

Just got to remember, just because you can see a tooth that doesn't mean it's the whole tooth. Them lips of theirs tend to cover up allot of nasty teeth. Lol least to say, if you can see their teeth, it's not entirely pleasant getting bit by em.

My old FH (Jr) used to bite me all the time and he would always draw blood with them amber coloured teeth of his. Still loved that fish regardless of his "love bites" tho lol. Even my convicts had teeth at only 2in, couldn't draw blood but still hurt none the less. I'd show ya all Star's, Jr's daughter, bright amber teeth but she doesn't like my phone so that probably won't work out. Can't hurt to try tho.

Most of my fish are being uncooperative.
Convict has eggs so there is no getting her attention.
Here is a red zebra I used to have:

And my bp, with his one tooth as the little black triangle:

Nobody else has noticeable teeth, except my puffers and leporinus.
My clownfish also have cool teeth, but they don’t ever stay still.
