Thanks to everybody for the support. The cloudy eye has cleared by the following day morning without adding anything. Probably the fish was stressed out due to netting/transporting etc? Anyway, I'll keep a close watch for any cloudiness and do the salt treatment if needed. Planning to do some extra water changes for the next couple of months at least.
