Cloudy Eyes on stingray pup

Hello,
My stingray pup has cloudy eyes. She's eating fine and is active. I did a water test and the nitrate and nitrite are at 0. Ph is at 7 the water temp is 80 and not sure what is causing this. Can anyone give advise?

What is the ammonia? Zero nitrate readings always worry me.

What type of fish are with the ray? Does it stay buried alot? Cloudy eyes usually points to ammonia problems. Can come from new tank cycle, over feeding, over stock, under filteration, infrequent WC. May also have another fish picking at the eyes.

Just checked the water and the ammonia is high. She is in with a 5 inch silver arowana, 3 clown loaches, 6 inch female jack demsey, 2 angelfish, 2 inch archer fish and 2 inch polleni. I noticed too the arowana has cloudy eyes as well, so in the process of a water change. I have two fx5's running on a 150 gallon, a fluidized sand bed filter and a UV sterilizer, so I think its sufficient filtration. Thanks for bringing up the ammonia stupid me forgot to check that!

High ammonia and no nitrate readings, would leave me to believe that this is a newly set up aquarium, not the right environment for a young Ray. Often the effects of high ammonia are not immediately seen, and can often manifest into problems later down the track.
