Could you feed your fish triops

I wonder if cichlids, catfish and bichirs and knifefish would eat them. Could be a handy supply of live food in this non-feeder country.

They look very hard and armoured though.
thats what i thought. it would be a change from worms
 
always buy them as eggs, that way, you can raise them on gut-loading foods, and know how close they are to death. My night stand drawer is full of grow your own triops kits, because I always get them on holidays, because my family is to afraid to just stick live fish in my tank.
 
They make great feeders for anything big enough to eat them, they will eat very small fish. They are pretty cool and I have used those kits myself, although they are slow to grow for feeders they are interesting enough to raise for their own sake and feeding them to your fish can be considered a bonus.
Scuds, though smaller, are faster and easier to raise a feeder colony with.
