Cutting Clay Pots??

Ive done a bunch of them and they are awesome breeding caves.

1) Soak the pot overnight
2) Use an old holesaw bit (will dull out a new one)
3) get a bottle of water
4) use very little pressure on the pot and use water to lube and remove the pieces
5) go slow
6) very slow
7) I mean it slow
8) after 3-5min should be done.

lol actually just used a 12oz. ball peen hammer. But these were 4" clay pots. Just aimed at the hole. Then gently knocked away as much as i needed the size of the hole.

I dont have a hole saw...but hacksaw blade I can get...or something similar...that could do the trick...What about a glue of some kind to hold two together? Just straight silicon?

GE type 1 (window and door... the stuff that does NOT say "type 2".. every homedepot and lowes in the world carry it as far as i know)
or prettymuch any other 100% silicone that does not have antibacterial stuff in it..
