Somewhere in the beginning of the thread you said "this tank isn't a monster compared to some of the tanks on here". Well, it may not be bigger than some, but it is badder than any I've seen. I love your set up, that filter is crazy. Excellent photography work too.

ha! i dont think ill be back into cichla anytime soon. it's more of a moral thing for me. i dont want to keep a 700g+ tank, and i wouldnt keep cichla again in anything smaller than that

I agree! I can't stand seeing big fish crammed into a little tank. Overcrowded tanks make me sick. Good call!
