Dither Fish with Severum's?

They’ll outgrow that tank in 3 months tops. At least one of the Severums will be in bad shape with ripped fins and missing scales on its side. The two weaker ones will most likely be stressed half to death before a year is up and will end up living in a corner behind a heater or filter return. In my experience Severums are great with other chichlids (basically ignore them altogether), just not other severums unless they have enough space.

A 29 high is too small a tank for multiple cichlids.

As mentioned by the previous poster, you will either end up with a couple of badly beaten/dead severums or they will be stressed and hiding behind filter/heater or any hiding place you provide them.
In short your plan is sure to fail as you can't have so many aggressive fish in such a small tank.
