Took some piccies last night, still waiting for my lighting to arrive so havent bothered to seteverything up properly just yet. Lighting should arrive this week hopefully.

In the meantime everything is still all over the place!

The whole tank, when my pendant lighting arrives, I will make a border for around the top of the tank, like a topless hood, to hide the ugly bits around the top and help prevent light escaping from the sides. FBF filter still hanging on the side of the tank, that will go into the stand later this week.

I wired up a couple of switched power boards, they are attached with velcro tape so can be easily removed if need be. I wired them to a common lead so all I have to do is run one extension lead to the tank stand and I have plenty of outlets to operate everything.

Heres some closer pics of the 'Oasis', or the left side of the tank.

...and the right side of the tank which is very dark at the moment, I call this side the desert ;)

Of course without decent lighting I havent been able to fine tune the aquascaping, so have basically thrown everything in for the moment.

...here is my FPK4000 up and running, see my other DIY thread for more info on this ;)

..more pics when my lighting arrives
