The 660nm deep red, won the first to yellow.
I just set it up last night. It's mainly for the pothos, but I wouldn't mind if algae grows along with it.
For anyone doing the nitrate filter ~
I was doing some research and came across a form of bottled bacteria called BioDigest. Unlike most bottled bacteria, it contains only the nitrate reducing anaerobic bacteria. They come in boxes of 6 vials at $13 and 30 vials at $40. Each vial treats up to 250g. They should reduce the bacteria colonization time from 4-6 weeks to 1-3.
