DIY Tank sump pipe leak? :( Help. How do I remedy this.

I agree with LBDave and Backfromthedead
If it's for sure just the corrugated hosing that would be a simple fix.
The bulkheads may be removable if not glued to the sump.
If you can remove the bulkheads with the hose connected take it to a home depot or Lowe's plumbing department and ask for assistance.
I personally have corrugated hose attached to my overflow box and the top of my wet/dry tower held tightly with stainless steel clamps.

i was going to chime in because sumps are somewhat of a specialty of mine. but your video does not show up on mobiles and i cant load the video on my company computer. so i wouldnt know where to start with directing you in the right direction.
