Do they make dentures for fish?

Cause my red wolf could seriously use them

No clue why he lost his teeth but he looks so pitiful now. He's 6.5 - 7" now and the first pic was taken at the 4.5-5" mark so he is a bit bigger now..

Fish shed their teeth, and grow back larger ones. (I think so at least?)

I know everyone is joking about it but do fish really lose teeth in preparation for larger ones? It's teeth have been gone for about 2-3 weeks now and I don't see any growing back.
