hey Duke, I havent hit your picture thread in well over a year! it sounds like youre finding out that the marine tanks are a lot of fun but also a lot of money, I used to keep them too, but mostly octopus- did I miss pics of the new salt setup, or did you miss posting them?! and the house looks as serene as ever!
good! its not too late then, Duke, skip the 180g- and get like a 29g or 40g and an octopus- for a reef tank the rule of thumb was a pound of live rock per gallon of water, and for $7 lb in a 180 gallon tank, thats like $12,000,000 or so, you only need regular old base rock for an octopus. you dont need big money MH lighting and the cooling system that MHs need- for an octopus, just a light for you to see them- you wont believe this, but I recommend an octopus!WickedJester;4038931; said:

Im in WV and have been searching for him too and the ones I have found we cant get anyone to answer an email or the phone.
